I have an excellent track record as an award-winning project director on residential, mixed use, commercial, and high-rise schemes to 55 storeys.

I have an excellent reputation and proven track record as a preconstruction director / construction advisor, having held the position for Ballymore Properties limited, Mace Ltd, Balfour Beatty, and Parsons Brinckerhoff.
I have worked as a preconstruction director /construction advisor on substantial major projects in Central London. Examples are: Chelsea Barracks for Qatari Diar; and The Francis Crick Institute for UKCMRI.

I have also worked in construction management, construction advisor roles with a variety of different contract types such as, JCT, NEC3, and FIDIC, as well as main Contractor single and two stage design and build contracts.
